• The Project Manager will oversee construction projects, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to achieve project goals effectively.
• Manage general contractors, superintendents, and labor teams for optimal project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain project proposals, budgets, and progress reports.

• Utilize strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, for project documentation.
• Foster strong customer relationships and negotiate project terms effectively.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

Project Manager Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic project needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for customer and subcontractor interactions.
