Job Description
Salary: $60 – $63/hr
Location: Hybrid / 3 days onsite
Requirements:
· Design and implement strategic leadership development programs for senior executives
· Create high-impact training frameworks incorporating coaching, workshops, and e-learning
· Conduct needs assessments to tailor programs for measurable business impact
· Develop and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives
· Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistent leadership expectations across the organization
· Build a continuous learning environment that supports career growth at senior levels
· Champion a culture of growth mindset and diversity, equity, and inclusion
· Manage large-scale, cross-functional learning projects globally
· Customize learning experiences for specific business unit needs
Qualifications:
· 8-10 years of progressive experience in learning and leadership development
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR, Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred
· Fluency in English required; French language skills highly desired
· Experience in financial services or investment banking preferred
· Proficiency in instructional design and learning management systems
· Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
· Expertise in ROI tracking and data-driven program evaluation
· Demonstrated ability to influence and present to executive audiences
