Requirements:
· Interface with clients to address inquiries and concerns
· Process new account applications and asset transfers
· Manage daily distributions and deposits
· Prepare progress review calculations and investment policy statements
· Coordinate with custodians and maintain accurate records
· Assist with quarterly and semi-annual investment review reports
· Support lead advisors with various administrative tasks
· Monitor cash availability for client distributions
· Perform general office duties (e.g., answering phones, greeting visitors)
Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
· Experience in customer service or financial services industry preferred
· Notary certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
· Ability to multitask in dynamic environment
