Resetting Your Password Outside of the Green Key Ecosystem

Step by Step Instructions for Green Key Password Reset

**New passwords must be at least 12 characters long and must contain at least 1 Uppercase letter, 1 Number and 1 Symbol**

Via Password Reset Portal

1. Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
2. Enter your full email and answer the security captcha
3. Verify that it is you in any of the following ways:
   1. By requesting a text and entering the 6-digit code.
   2. By requesting a call to your cell phone and entering the 6 digit code
   3. By answering the security questions
4. Enter and confirm your new password
5. Click Submit

Via Office Desktop

1. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL on your keyboard
2. Click Change Password3. Enter your old password.
3. Enter and confirm your new password
4. Click submit
