Job Description

Duties: 

  • Provide administrative support to senior managers, executives, and teams within the investment bank.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
  • Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for staff members.
  • Process expense reports and manage reimbursement requests in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate office operations, including ordering supplies, managing equipment, and liaising with vendors.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including conferences, client meetings, and corporate functions.
  • Provide additional support to various departments and teams as needed, including ad hoc projects and tasks.

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of administrative experience within finance or professional services  
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred  
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent ability to multi-task
