Job Description
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to senior managers, executives, and teams within the investment bank.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
- Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters, in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for staff members.
- Process expense reports and manage reimbursement requests in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate office operations, including ordering supplies, managing equipment, and liaising with vendors.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including conferences, client meetings, and corporate functions.
- Provide additional support to various departments and teams as needed, including ad hoc projects and tasks.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative experience within finance or professional services
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent ability to multi-task
