POSITION OVERVIEW 

Green Key Resources is looking for a Professional Recruiter to join our growing team. This recruiting division specializes in professional support opportunities in NYC and nationwide. This is a hybrid opportunity! This Professional Recruiter will be part of a successful team looking for someone who is eager to advance their career in recruiting for professional support. The ideal candidate is ready to learn, financially motivated, and well-versed in professional organizations such as financial firms, tech agencies, legal firms, etc. Green Key Resources continuously supports the growth and development of our employees, making sure our resources and technology are the best in the industry. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Full Lifecycle recruiting of administrative professionals.  
  • Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with administration, sales, and customer service candidates in all stages of their careers.  
  • Building a network of candidates utilizing the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS) and other sourcing resources. 
  • Parsing specialized and specific skills and qualifications for administrative resumes 
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry-specific products and trends 
  • Coming up with creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates. 
  • Collecting and analyzing data to improve all hiring processes 
  • Coordinating with team leaders to assess new hiring needs and goals

  • Opportunities for commission-based compensation between $25,000-$250,000 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Communications, or related field 
  • At least 1 year of agency recruiting experience or 1 year professional support experience 
  • Industry knowledge with the ability to understand and discuss relevant skills and companies 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced work environment 
  • Willingness to learn and grow with a collaborative team
