Job Description
Duties:
- General Reception responsibilities, such as answering and directing calls, registering and greeting guests, etc.
- Help manage meeting, conference, and event calendars
- Maintain general office appearance, as well as order and restock office supplies, setting up and breaking down spaces for meetings and events, etc.
- Process and track expense reports
- Handle mail, couriers, packages, etc.
- Support admin team as needed
- Assist with any ad hoc requests such filing, compiling project materials, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5+ years of experience working in office administrative roles
- Must be able to work Independently and collaboratively
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize projects with attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Great organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), as well as Zoom
