Duties:
- Address client inquiries and concerns
- Identify opportunities within client base
- Collaborate with team members to improve marketing and communications
- Support onboarding processes
- Help update product information
- Gather feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Manage and maintain records, databases, reports, etc.
- Support training and development initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good ability to learn new processes and technologies quickly
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively
