Duties:
- Manage and maintain several busy calendars, including scheduling meetings, events, travel logistics, etc.
- Help organize and maintain a presentable office space
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, documents, presentation materials, etc.
- Process and track expense reports
- Assist with ad hoc projects as requested, such as filing, research, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years’ experience working in a similar role
- Good organizational skills
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize projects efficiently with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
