Job Description
Summary:
The candidate will assume the role of Executive Assistant in an entrepreneurial investment management firm that manages a variety of real estate debt products. The candidate will report to Acquisitions and Underwriting Partners and will be responsible for providing administrative support to those partners and, as needed, their teams.
Duties:
· Coordinate and book extensive, complex travel including conferences
· Prep materials for client meetings and conferences
· Schedule and organize client and internal meetings
· Handle heavy calendar management and tracking of meetings
· Track receipts and process expense reports for supported partners
· Communicate well in person, via email and phone and possess a strong command of English grammar and spelling
· Assist in projects as needed, including, but not limited to, help with contracts and deal flow
Qualifications:
· Undergraduate degree preferred
· A minimum of 5 years of professional experience working as an Executive Assistant, C-level experience preferred (3 years in financial sector experience preferred)
· Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Concur
· Must be able to work efficiently with minimum supervision, work well under pressure, and handle multiple tasks/demands and changing priorities under tight deadlines
· Ability to use conferencing technology (including Zoom, Teams, etc)
· Authorization to work in the United States
