Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job vacancies on various job boards and company website.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Prepare new hire paperwork and orientation schedules.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both electronic and physical formats.
- Assist in processing payroll and maintain payroll records.
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Assist with the preparation of HR documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, training sessions, and HR events.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software and databases.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
