Duties:
- Manage several busy calendars, including scheduling meetings, events, travel logistics, appointments, etc.
- Meet and greet guests and clients
- Answer and direct calls as appropriate
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, documents, memos, etc.
- Process and track expense reports
- Provide material support for ad hoc projects such as research, presentation prep, meeting prep, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience working in a similar role
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize projects efficiently with attention to detail and accuracy
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
