Duties:
- Meet and greet guests and clients
- Answer and direct calls, taking messages when necessary
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Manage and schedule meetings for staff and clients
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, as well as handling mail, packages, and deliveries
- Manage office supplies, ordering and stocking as necessary
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask while prioritizing projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
