Duties:
- Organize and schedule candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Track and manage candidates through application system
- Report to managers to ensure smooth onboarding processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience working as a recruiting coordinator or a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good multitasking abilities while prioritizing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with G-suite of Greenhouse a plus
