Summary:
A Manhattan-based Law Firm is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting with various errands and tasks, and managing events for a senior partner. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a senior partner.
- Manage and organize files, documents, and records.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Run errands such as picking up and delivering items, banking tasks, and other miscellaneous duties as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
