Job Description
Duties:
- Will perform education and act as a lead to other staff development coordinators
- Acts as a clinical coach for all new professional staff.
- Functions as a resource and mentor for new professional staff.
- Coordinates the implementation of the Infection Control Program in order to meet agency goals and objectives and ensure that regulatory requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing
- Three years of progressive job-related experience
- Need Education Exp – Hospice also
- Licensure and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
- Current CPR certification
- Prior experience as a preceptor/mentor preferred
