Job Description
Duties:
- Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, including posting positions, prescreening, scheduling and facilitating interviews, and onboarding
- Assist with training on behavioral interviewing, sourcing, and identifying new ways to recruit talent
- Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters
- Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records
- Track various required training and certifications and follow up with team members who have not completed the required training
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Distribute internal communications, conduct exit interviews, and facilitate engagement surveys
- Analyze data regarding key HR metrics and provide recommendations based on results
- Take disciplinary action against employees who violate company regulations
- Process payroll and review expense reimbursements to ensure compliance with T&E policy
- Various administrative and HR support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent required
- 1-3 years experience in HR administration, including recruitment and onboarding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Working knowledge of Accounts Payable and payroll
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
- Understanding of Federal, State, and Local employment laws
