Job Description

Duties: 

  • Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, including posting positions, prescreening, scheduling and facilitating interviews, and onboarding 
  • Assist with training on behavioral interviewing, sourcing, and identifying new ways to recruit talent 
  • Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters 
  • Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records 
  • Track various required training and certifications and follow up with team members who have not completed the required training 
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations 
  • Distribute internal communications, conduct exit interviews, and facilitate engagement surveys 
  • Analyze data regarding key HR metrics and provide recommendations based on results 
  • Take disciplinary action against employees who violate company regulations 
  • Process payroll and review expense reimbursements to ensure compliance with T&E policy 
  • Various administrative and HR support as needed 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent required 
  • 1-3 years experience in HR administration, including recruitment and onboarding 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook 
  • Working knowledge of Accounts Payable and payroll 
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills 
  • Strong time management skills 
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively 
  • Understanding of Federal, State, and Local employment laws
