Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming mail – receive, log, and sort mail. Prepare all outgoing mail in a timely manner for daily pickups.
- Monitor and respond to work orders from staff, following up and escalating when needed.
- Answer and route calls as required.
- Track inventory and maintain office and kitchen supplies.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and events as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior front desk and customer service experience.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Confident user of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in hospitality is a plus.
