    Seeking a part-time Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist to support a global non-profit organization in Midtown Manhattan. This role offers a super flexible schedule, 25 hours per week, in a mission-driven environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming mail – receive, log, and sort mail. Prepare all outgoing mail in a timely manner for daily pickups.
  • Monitor and respond to work orders from staff, following up and escalating when needed.
  • Answer and route calls as required.
  • Track inventory and maintain office and kitchen supplies.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and events as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior front desk and customer service experience.
  • Friendly and professional attitude.
  • Confident user of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in hospitality is a plus.
