A growing biotech company is seeking a Director, Clinical Operations to oversee oncology trials. Reporting to the VP, Clinical Operations, this role will manage trial execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The Director will collaborate with internal teams, CROs, and vendors, proactively addressing challenges and maintaining strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical trial planning, execution, and oversight from start-up to close-out
• Manage CROs and vendors, identifying risks and ensuring trial deliverables
• Maintain trial budgets, contracts, and site agreements
• Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in life sciences (advanced degree preferred)
• 12+ years in clinical research operations, including early-phase oncology
• Strong vendor and project management experience
• Expertise in GCP/ICH regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office; excellent communication skills
