Job Description
Duties:
- Support global benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain benefit policies and advise staff and leadership on benefits-related matters.
- Implement health and wellness initiatives to engage employees.
- Manage retirement plan administration and ensure audit compliance.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee employee recognition and charitable giving programs.
- Handle leave and accommodation requests while ensuring policy compliance.
- Create and analyze HRIS reports to support leadership decisions.
- Provide technical support and training on HRIS functions.
- Manage HRIS data uploads (e.g., merit increases, status changes).
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Communicate benefits changes effectively across multiple channels.
- Negotiate vendor contracts to optimize value and cost.
- Support the Talent team with reports and legislative updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years of experience in benefits administration, HRIS, and management.
- Expertise in benefits strategy, implementation, and vendor management.
- Experience with integrated systems and workflows.
- Non-profit experience is a plus.
