    Investment Firm based in Manhattan is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a team of analysts. The role is on-site five days per week and offers a great working environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to financial analysts.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and conference calls, often involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing and formatting reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Track and manage deadlines and follow-ups on key deliverables.
  • Help compile research and background materials as requested by analysts.
  • Process expense reports and manage travel arrangements for team members.
  • Monitor and reorder office supplies or request IT/technical support as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a financial or corporate environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a professional demeanor.
