Job Description

Title: Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an intricate and ever-changing calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and internal briefings
  • Serve as gatekeeper for the Partner, screening calls, managing access, and triaging requests with discretion
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and itineraries
  • Liaise daily with attorneys and staff across the broader corporate practice group
  • Monitor and respond to emails, texts, and phone calls, including communications outside of regular business hours
  • Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and legal materials with accuracy and polish
  • Enter attorney time using 3E and support billing processes
  • Assist with light personal support including schedule conflicts, reservations, and errands when needed
  • Draft and revise correspondence, format legal documents, and handle administrative tasks with confidentiality and speed
  • Provide support for special projects and other duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of executive-level support, preferably within a large law firm, legal department, or financial institution
  • Prior experience supporting a senior partner or C-level executive strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage demanding schedules, heavy travel, and competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; thrives in highly visible, collaborative environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with 3E or other legal billing systems preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Comfortable working in a high-performing culture where responsiveness and accuracy are essential
