Job Description

Title: Virtual Technology Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for incoming webinar and virtual event requests
  • Oversee the intake process and manage scheduling, coordination, and execution timelines
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to confirm requirements, assets, and timelines
  • Lead dry runs, live setup, and post-event technical wrap-ups for virtual events
  • Coordinate room reservations for hybrid needs (virtual + in-person production support)
  • Partner with external platform providers (e.g., ON24) to ensure event configurations meet expectations and brand guidelines
  • Provide real-time technical support during events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and presenters
  • Manage physical production hardware as needed to support hybrid broadcast execution
  • Coordinate with demand generation teams to align on promotional timelines
  • Update event pages in WordPress before and after the event, including conversion of sessions to on-demand replay formats

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting virtual event production, ideally within a marketing, editorial, or professional development setting
  • Experience with ON24 or similar platforms strongly preferred
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and technology teams
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort under pressure
  • Familiarity with accreditation-based webinars is a plus
