Job Description
Title: Virtual Technology Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for incoming webinar and virtual event requests
- Oversee the intake process and manage scheduling, coordination, and execution timelines
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to confirm requirements, assets, and timelines
- Lead dry runs, live setup, and post-event technical wrap-ups for virtual events
- Coordinate room reservations for hybrid needs (virtual + in-person production support)
- Partner with external platform providers (e.g., ON24) to ensure event configurations meet expectations and brand guidelines
- Provide real-time technical support during events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and presenters
- Manage physical production hardware as needed to support hybrid broadcast execution
- Coordinate with demand generation teams to align on promotional timelines
- Update event pages in WordPress before and after the event, including conversion of sessions to on-demand replay formats
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting virtual event production, ideally within a marketing, editorial, or professional development setting
- Experience with ON24 or similar platforms strongly preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and technology teams
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort under pressure
- Familiarity with accreditation-based webinars is a plus
