Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight
- Partner with preconstruction to develop scope, budgets, and procurement strategies
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure safety and quality
- Maintain client communication and satisfaction throughout the life of the project
- Evaluate cost exposure, forecast construction performance, and maintain profitability
- Oversee full closeout procedures to ensure seamless project turnover
- Lead commercial projects ranging from $15M and up
Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide guidance and direction to junior project team members
- Build strong relationships across departments and subcontractor teams
- Uphold and reinforce the company’s culture of safety, quality, and collaboration
Client Interaction & Business Development
- Represent the company in client meetings, interviews, and industry events
- Identify and support pursuit of new work opportunities
- Contribute to proposal preparation and project presentations
Preferred Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Experience in one or more of the following markets: K-12, higher education, healthcare, industrial, or manufacturing
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
