Job Description
Title: HRIS Analyst
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with internal HR and payroll teams to maintain employee data and troubleshoot issues across systems
- Handle backend data reviews and generate custom queries and reports to support compliance and internal tracking
- Monitor data feeds, make updates to key modules (HR, payroll, benefits), and ensure accurate end-of-cycle outputs
- Manage system changes related to earnings codes, deductions, leave policies, and benefit plans
- Support testing during upgrades and assist with rollout of new system functionality
- Conduct periodic data cleanups, perform reconciliations, and help ensure audit readiness
- Contribute to documentation of internal procedures and support training for end users as needed
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–5 years of experience in an HRIS support or analyst role, especially within a corporate HR or finance setting
- Familiarity with enterprise-level HR/payroll platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday, UKG, ADP Enterprise, or similar)
- Ability to write and analyze SQL queries for auditing and reporting purposes
- Exposure to reporting tools like SQR, Crystal Reports, or BI platforms is a strong plus
- Comfortable collaborating with HR, finance, and IT on system-related projects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to manage recurring deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with benefit configuration or payroll tax codes
- Familiarity with integrations and vendor file transfers
