Investor Relations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Investor Services Professional to join our alternatives operations team.

Duties:

• Responsible for the full product life cycle including:
• Processing and tracking raised capital entering the client’s platform
• Structure transactions sourcing financing facilities and implementing hedging programs
• Prepare and post deal closing documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field;
• 1-5 years of experience in investor services, alternatives operations or similar, role, preferably within buy side environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
