Job Description
Title: Marketing Automation Specialist
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and performance of automation tools including Marketo, Vibes SMS, Dynamic Chat, and Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Monitor platform integrations and data flows to ensure clean segmentation and accurate campaign reporting
- Act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting and platform support, partnering with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Train and upskill cross-functional marketing teams on platform features, workflows, and best practices
- Document configurations and processes to maintain consistent platform usage across departments
- Collaborate with campaign managers to optimize audience targeting, lead scoring, and automation workflows
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve automation performance and engagement rates
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or digital marketing roles
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Marketo Engage required
- Experience with marketing analytics and performance reporting tools such as Marketo and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and their integration with marketing systems
- Proven understanding of audience segmentation, lead scoring, personalization, and automation best practices
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
