Job Description

Title: Talent Aquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all facets of the campus recruiting cycle and summer associate program
  • Schedule interviews, compile feedback, and manage hiring committee logistics
  • Organize events, trainings, and social programming for summer associates and first-year associates
  • Represent the firm at local campus events and recruitment fairs
  • Partner with global recruiting team on firmwide initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding, attorney training programs, and CLE logistics
  • Support the performance review process by coordinating timelines and communications
  • Maintain documentation for internal talent development initiatives
  • Collaborate on attorney coaching and career progression programming
  • Support local and national onboarding and orientation processes
  • Coordinate attorney lifecycle milestones in partnership with global HR teams
  • Create reports and presentations related to talent initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy and follow up on all logistics tied to training, events, and evaluations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience in a law firm or similar professional services environment
  • Prior experience supporting attorney or campus recruiting required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with senior attorneys and external candidates
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
