Social Worker LMSW

Responsibilities/Job Duties: 

• Initiate face-to-face visits with clients in comfortable settings 
• Observe clients detect indications of abnormal behavior 
• Administer tests to assess mental and emotional functioning 
• Develop case plans and arrange appropriate referrals 
• Monitor treatment and provide support for clients 
• Provide intervention if/when necessary, as well as prevention plans 
• Complete all required records and reports on a timely basis 
• Provide leadership and support during discharges 

Qualifications: 

• Masters' degree in Social Work 
• Valid Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW) required 
• Experience in casework preferred 
• Valid driver’s license required 
• Must agree to a background check and drug screen 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
