Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist Inpatient Rehab

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Southern Colorado

Responsibilities: 

• Deliver specialized rehabilitative care to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. 

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility, strength, and overall physical function. 

• Monitor patient progress, adjust therapy plans accordingly, and ensure optimal recovery outcomes. 

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care. 

• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and strategies for continued recovery.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. 

• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Colorado. 

• In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation principles, therapeutic techniques, and patient-centered care. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt treatment plans as needed. 

• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment.
