Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic Sales/Distribution Professionals to join our team as External Wholesalers This team is responsible for covering Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio and Wisconsin These roles will focus on driving sales initiatives and expanding distribution channels for our investment products across various markets. The ideal candidates will have strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • External Wholesaler:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors, broker-dealers, and other distribution partners to drive sales of investment products.
    • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and training sessions to educate clients about product offerings and market strategies.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies and materials.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., FINRA Series 7, 63) are a plus.
  • 15+ years of experience in sales, distribution, or wholesaling within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
