Job Description
Title: Senior Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the department’s legal inbox, triaging requests and ensuring timely follow-up
- Provide backup administrative support to department leadership in scheduling, communications, and logistics
- Coordinate meetings for internal and external stakeholders, including room booking and catering
- Maintain confidentiality while supporting a wide range of legal and operational matters
- Assist with project tracking and task management across the department
- Support internal process improvement efforts and team communications
- Act as a liaison between legal team members and broader administrative functions
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of administrative experience supporting senior staff or legal/operations teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
