Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients of all ages in a dynamic Emergency Department setting.
• Perform rapid assessments and interventions for a wide variety of medical and trauma cases.
• Support the medical staff treatment plan and collaborate with physicians, EMS, and inpatient teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, follow-up care, and prevention strategies.
• Triage incoming patients and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and contribute to a team culture built on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN or MSN preferred.
• Unrestricted RN license in Colorado (or eligibility for reciprocity).
• Current BLS certification (may be obtained upon hire).
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred, ideally in emergency nursing.
• CEN or CPEN certification preferred.
• Experience with EPIC and bilingual Spanish skills a plus.
