IT Director / Head of IT

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the end-user support team and computing devices across the organization. 
• Oversee office infrastructure and network systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. 
• Administer and optimize end-user productivity tools and enterprise systems. 
• Drive cross-functional IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. 
• Own IT operations, including issue tracking, resolution management, and roadmap development. 
• Evaluate and improve IT tools, processes, and controls for cost-effectiveness and business alignment. 
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT strategy with organizational goals. 
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the IT team. 

Qualifications: 

• 15+ years of experience in IT operations, with a proven track record in leadership and project delivery. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred. 
• Strong background in infrastructure, support, and cloud operations (e.g., AWS, Azure). 
• Experience working with development, information security, and DevOps teams. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead support and infrastructure projects with a continuous improvement mindset.
