What you bring to the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Interest in working in a diverse project environment
- Organized, forward-thinking, and proactive, with the experience of running multiple projects at once while keeping teams aligned and deliverables on track
- 6+ years of commercial construction experience
- Ability to read a full set of plans in detail
- Strong knowledge of construction documents and trade coordination
- Procor experience a plus
- Experience managing jobs from start to finish

A day in your life
- Manage 3–4 active projects across scopes like TI, light retail, and site improvements and ground up
- Develop, update, and track project schedules
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and trade sequencing
- Maintain quality control—everything should meet plan and spec
- Communicate consistently with field teams, clients, and internal staff
- Identify and resolve issues before they escalate
