Job Description
Title: Administrative & Call Center Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to hospitals and healthcare providers to assist with enrollment in the organization’s electronic funds transfer (EFT) system
- Follow prepared scripts while also researching providers beforehand to personalize outreach
- Track call activity and outcomes accurately using internal systems and documentation tools
- Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals
- Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor in all communications and ensure accurate follow-up
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of recent experience in a call center or administrative support environment
- Background in healthcare, insurance, or provider relations is a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfort with outbound phone work is essential
- Strong organizational and research skills, with the ability to navigate databases and internet sources efficiently
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Available to work onsite full-time in Austin, TX
