Job Description

Title: Sales Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal hiring teams to understand open requisitions, headcount plans, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using a mix of platforms, networks, and outbound strategies
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: posting, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support
  • Maintain strong candidate experience throughout all stages of communication and scheduling
  • Regularly update applicant tracking systems and reporting dashboards
  • Build talent pipelines in key geographies and specialties to ensure ongoing coverage
  • Adapt strategies based on feedback from hiring leaders and market conditions

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within fast-paced or high-volume environments
  • Background recruiting for roles in healthcare, B2B services, logistics, or industrial sectors is a plus
  • Ability to effectively engage and influence hiring managers, especially those with strong sales personalities
  • Strong sourcing skills across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and self-directed with a sense of urgency
