Job Description
Title: Sales Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal hiring teams to understand open requisitions, headcount plans, and ideal candidate profiles
- Source and attract qualified candidates using a mix of platforms, networks, and outbound strategies
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: posting, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support
- Maintain strong candidate experience throughout all stages of communication and scheduling
- Regularly update applicant tracking systems and reporting dashboards
- Build talent pipelines in key geographies and specialties to ensure ongoing coverage
- Adapt strategies based on feedback from hiring leaders and market conditions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within fast-paced or high-volume environments
- Background recruiting for roles in healthcare, B2B services, logistics, or industrial sectors is a plus
- Ability to effectively engage and influence hiring managers, especially those with strong sales personalities
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
