Job Description
Title: Senior Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead executive-level searches from intake to offer, ensuring a streamlined and professional experience for all stakeholders
- Develop deep partnerships with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent acquisition solutions
- Proactively source and build relationships with passive candidates through digital sourcing, networking, and referrals
- Partner with HR team members to promote consistent recruiting best practices, employer branding, and candidate engagement strategies
- Facilitate offer and pre-employment processes, including reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding coordination
- Serve as a strategic advisor on talent market trends and competitive positioning
- Support broader recruiting projects as needed, including content creation for job postings, social campaigns, and internal communications
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 6 years focused on executive or senior-level roles
- Prior experience in a corporate HR or in-house recruiting environment; healthcare, manufacturing, or logistics industry knowledge is a plus
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing senior leadership candidates across functions
- Strong communication and consultative skills; able to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (iCIMS or similar) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
