Job Description

Title: Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead executive-level searches from intake to offer, ensuring a streamlined and professional experience for all stakeholders
  • Develop deep partnerships with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent acquisition solutions
  • Proactively source and build relationships with passive candidates through digital sourcing, networking, and referrals
  • Partner with HR team members to promote consistent recruiting best practices, employer branding, and candidate engagement strategies
  • Facilitate offer and pre-employment processes, including reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding coordination
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on talent market trends and competitive positioning
  • Support broader recruiting projects as needed, including content creation for job postings, social campaigns, and internal communications

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 6 years focused on executive or senior-level roles
  • Prior experience in a corporate HR or in-house recruiting environment; healthcare, manufacturing, or logistics industry knowledge is a plus
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing senior leadership candidates across functions
  • Strong communication and consultative skills; able to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (iCIMS or similar) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
