An established and nationally respected general contractor is seeking a Superintendent to lead a high-profile K-12 project kicking off in Southern Indiana. This is a marquee build with deep community impact, offering long-term stability and the chance to manage one of the largest school construction efforts in the region.

Ideal Candidate:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience on K-12 or other public/institutional builds
• Proven track record managing ground-up or large-scale renovation projects $25M+
• Strong understanding of site logistics, safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and team management
• Able to maintain professionalism in client-facing roles and manage day-to-day operations smoothly
• OSHA 30 Certified preferred
• Lives within ~1 hour of Clark County, IN or open to short-term relocation with potential support
