Position Overview
In This Role, You Will:
- Calculate financial losses related to securities litigations on behalf of clients and public investors
- Support research and analytical efforts involving securities litigation matters
- Evaluate damages on a class-wide basis
- Collect and organize SEC filings, analyst reports, press articles, earnings call transcripts, and insider trading data
- Track news updates and court dockets for ongoing securities cases
- Access and download client portfolio data from secure custodial banking platforms
- Contribute to the preparation of periodic client reports

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Clear and effective oral and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong research and investigative capabilities
- Familiarity with tools such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Westlaw, Thomson, PACER, and SEC databases
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Background in Mathematics, Economics, or Finance through education or work experience
- Minimum of one year of professional experience
- Understanding of financial markets, public companies, and stock exchange operations
- Experience with stock loss calculations and securities law is a plus
Position Details:
- Full-time, non-exempt role based in New York City
- Hybrid work schedule: three days in-office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays required), two days remote
- Salary Range: $70,000 – $82,500
