The Role:

We’re hiring a seasoned Construction Project Manager to take full ownership of commercial construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving timelines, managing budgets, ensuring safety standards, and delivering results that exceed expectations — all while fostering a high-performing team environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all phases of assigned construction projects, from pre-con through turnover
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure seamless execution
• Ensure all work meets code requirements, safety regulations, and contract standards
• Serve as the client’s go-to contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular jobsite walks, manage progress meetings, and maintain detailed reports
• Handle project paperwork including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and final documentation
• Proactively address potential issues or delays and keep projects on track
• Collaborate consistently with all stakeholders to ensure project alignment

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of proven success managing commercial construction projects
• Background in industrial builds, interiors, and/or ground-up construction
• Familiarity with tools like Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• OSHA 30 certification a plus
• Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to Atlanta-area sites
