Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic Sales/Distribution Professionals to join our team as Internal and External Wholesalers. These roles will focus on driving sales initiatives and expanding distribution channels for our investment products across various markets. The ideal candidates will have strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Wholesaler:
    • Support the sales team by providing product knowledge, market insights, and operational assistance to advisors and clients.
    • Conduct outbound calls and follow up with leads to generate interest in investment products and services.
    • Prepare sales materials and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition to advisors and stakeholders.
    • Track and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., FINRA Series 7, 63) are a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, distribution, or wholesaling within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
