Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and driven sales professional to lead business development efforts for a portfolio of security technology solutions, both physical and electronic, within the commercial sector—particularly targeting institutions with high-security needs.
What You’ll Do
This role focuses on expanding regional market share by identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships, and delivering tailored product solutions. You’ll take ownership of your territory, building trust with clients by understanding their operational challenges and aligning them with the most effective security technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a growing book of business through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Learn and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of security equipment and its real-world applications
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and in person
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and customer pain points
- Approach your work with energy, curiosity, and urgency
- Travel regularly within the assigned region, which may include parts of the Northeast
Preferred Background
- Experience in sales or service of security systems, hardware, or similar technical products
- Exposure to working with banks, credit unions, or other high-security environments is a plus
