Analyst – Investment Operations (Private Markets Focus)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team member to provide tactical support across several key business functions for a diversified alternative investments platform. This individual will contribute directly to operational workflows, internal coordination, and strategic sales support efforts. The position is best suited for someone eager to build a foundational understanding of private and public market investment vehicles, particularly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Functions:

·        Assist in recurring operational cycles tied to investment and distribution activities, including reconciliation of transactions, commission processing, capital activity tracking, and reporting.

·        Coordinate with institutional relationship managers to support business development initiatives.

·        Help prepare meeting materials and facilitate internal and external engagement with distribution partners.

·        Analyze market and distribution data to support targeted outreach strategies.

·        Provide general cross-functional support as needed across operations, diligence, and marketing.

Qualifications & Attributes:

·        Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting; strong PowerPoint presentation skills.

·        Excellent task ownership, organizational awareness, and follow-through.

·        Comfortable managing multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and precision.

·        Strong interpersonal communicator; team-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.

·        Analytical thinker with the drive to improve systems and contribute to process refinement.

·        Capable of adapting to evolving business needs and stepping into broader responsibilities over time.

Background Requirements:

·        2–4 years of relevant experience in financial services or related sectors.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus.

·        Exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce is beneficial.

·        Familiarity with private real estate investment strategies (REIT’s) or alternative product structures is advantageous.
