IT Manager

Overview

• Lead the Sales Technology and Analytics team to optimize IT systems and processes.
• Oversee implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of CRM, BI dashboards, and business portals.
• Collaborate globally to align IT strategies with business objectives and standards.
• Manage a hybrid work schedule with four days onsite in Queens, NY.
• Provide leadership to IT professionals and external consultants for seamless service delivery.
• Drive process improvements and system optimizations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on emerging IT trends and industry best practices for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and review service effectiveness.
• Define service roadmaps aligned with business and foundational requirements.
• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
• Mentor and manage IT team members and external consultants for high performance.
• Oversee resolution of incidents, service requests, and system enhancements.
• Drive knowledge management and capability delegation within the team.
• Control IT asset lifecycle, policies, and procedures for compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to boost efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in people management roles.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, BI dashboards, and business portal projects.
• Experience with data warehouse, EDI/API, ERP, and TMS systems.
• ITIL foundation certification required; advanced level preferred.
• Conversational Mandarin fluency is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Background in logistics or freight forwarding industry is advantageous.
