Overview

  • Join a dynamic team as a Contract Collections Staff/Senior Analyst.
  • Ensure efficient audit and collections processes aligned with organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Create and manage audit announcement letters and tracking databases.
  • Coordinate documentation for audits and monitor incomplete assignments.
  • Process audit results, notify employers, and manage delinquent contributions.
  • Review auditor invoices and ensure payment accuracy.
  • Support attorneys in collection efforts and administrative tasks.
  • Track pension overpayments and ensure timely submissions.
  • Negotiate repayment agreements and refer delinquencies to legal counsel.
  • Act as a representative in negotiations with external parties.
  • Provide recommendations on employer overpayments and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or auditing required.
  • Taft-Hartley Trust Fund or prior auditing experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
  • Ability to manage complex issues with a cooperative demeanor.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving operational problems.
  • On-site work arrangement required for this role.
  • Commitment to passing a pre-employment test with 80% or higher.
  • Flexible and positive attitude towards dynamic work environments.
