Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor and reconcile trading accounts daily, liaising with brokers and counterparties.
  • Analyze and resolve trade and position breaks across multiple systems.
  • Perform corporate action processing and monitor financing charges.
  • Coordinate counterparty review meetings and manage issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with technology teams for user testing and operational improvements.
  • Document technical requirements and recommend solutions for root cause analysis.
  • Engage with internal teams to improve departmental procedures and processes.
  • Support new market, product, and fund initiatives with operational expertise.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, math, or an analytical field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably with top-tier firms.
  • Knowledge of trade lifecycle and equity derivatives is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in corporate action processing and strong data analysis skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with portfolio accounting systems.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
