  • Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse, supervising clinicians and providing hands-on care in Brooklyn.
  • Work full-time, Monday to Friday, in a field-based role with a focus on home care.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise clinicians and provide hands-on care to patients in a home care setting.
  • Demonstrate extensive nursing knowledge to ensure effective patient care and clinician training.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and troubleshoot to ensure safe patient care practices.
  • Provide constructive feedback to clinicians and caregivers to foster learning and development.
  • Engage with the coordination team to facilitate training placements for new graduates.
  • Communicate effectively with the home care team and physicians for comprehensive care delivery.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving to address challenges in patient care and field nursing activities.
  • Maintain stamina and physical ability to handle medical equipment during fieldwork.

Job Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in nursing or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing; 4+ years preferred.
  • Proficiency in ventilators, tracheostomy, and G-tube care highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and patient care.
  • Experience with EMR systems preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a field-based environment.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
