Overview
- Lead operations at a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center with specialties in ENT, Orthopedics, and Pain Management.
- Oversee a facility with two operating rooms and one procedure room, ensuring optimal functionality and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with medical staff and governing board to align clinical and financial goals with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and quality of care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements, maintaining high-quality clinical services.
- Promote positive relationships with physicians, staff, and patients to foster a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
