Overview

  • Lead reporting and analysis initiatives, collaborating closely with the CFO to define reporting structures and designs.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team focused on delivering strategic financial insights and solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization to address ad hoc information needs and identify trends.
  • Utilize advanced reporting tools and data architecture to support analytics and reporting requirements.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business opportunity identification through portfolio monitoring and interpretation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop technology-driven reporting solutions tailored to stakeholder needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Enhance the finance function by providing actionable insights for decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with business intelligence teams to enable effective data architecture and reporting solutions.
  • Respond to ad hoc information requests, identifying errors, trends, and gaps in financial data.
  • Monitor portfolio performance to identify business opportunities and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, presenting ideas and data clearly and succinctly.
  • Lead change efforts by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards in all reporting activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative discipline required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience; 8 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in database and reporting tools, including Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and communicate effectively with senior leadership and staff.
  • Experience in process mapping, project management, and change management.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality client service and exceed expectations consistently.
